Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly extended. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:
- United States Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
- United States Expedited Shipping: 3–5 business days
- International Shipping: 7–21 business days (varies by destination)
Delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update after shipment.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Saints Society is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed after they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly and then reach out to us for assistance.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided, we cannot guarantee that the order can be modified once it has been processed.
Additional shipping fees may apply if a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country. These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
